Amazing Game, Great game-play, enjoyable characters,And no padding shame it flew under the radar

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is an absolute treat for any fan of Star-Lord and the Guardians universe. I’ve always loved the movies and even that one Telltale game I played as a kid/teen, so you can imagine my excitement when I finally got my hands on this. The game is absolutely stunning, from the visuals to the combat, and the story had me hooked from start to finish. And, of course, the music? Absolutely phenomenal, just as you’d expect, it adds so much to the overall experience. If you’re into Guardians of the Galaxy or just want an epic, heartfelt, and fun adventure, this game is a must-play.

I originally got this game on epic games but ended up getting it on steam as well.

This is a really fun and entertaining game for a fan of the guardians franchise. This game has so many little secrets that help piece together a bigger story with interesting characters

Absolutely 10/10. Stunned how good this game is.
An absolute triumph of storytelling, dialogue writing and voice acting. Tonally, it's basically what you know from the movies, funny, full of banter, but also really hard hitting emotionally. Pretty blown away by this.
The music mixes typical epic orchestral pieces with 80's gems, basically one face melting banger after another.
The world building and detail of all the locations is spectacular.
Game play is rock solid, full of over the top action pieces, crazy enemy designs, combos with your buddies, all the good stuff.
All in all, there is not a singular dull moment in this game and it did clock in at a very respectable 17 hours for me. One of the best games I've played in years, it just hits all the marks for this franchise perfectly.

the worst part of the game is how much complaining and insults your companions make. the game gives you anxiety with all the nagging and sh*t talking everyone does to you.

There's a lot about this that just doesn't work. The gameplay loop is boring and simple, the writing is unfunny and atrocious, and none of the VAs really fit their characters, often giving some really mediocre performances. This is not worth your time.
