[BUG] missing limbs on character (FIXED)

Hello,

I decided to re-download BG3 and in the character creation menu every character has its limbs missing.

So I decided to wipe clean all BG3 related files (mass erasure) and then re-re-download it. But the problem is still here.

Can somebody please tell me what am I doing wrong?

EDIT: sorry for bad english.

EDIT2: I had mods but since I cleaned the files it should have been fixed, right?
