I bought DLC, downloaded patch from https://www.kaguragames.com/product/public-defense-corp-the-ambassador-of-peace-patch/ , installed it, run the game, chose DLC from menu and see nothing. no warning 18+ at the begining and no anything for the sake of which this warning is given. A am confused....

I'm assuming this is standard turn based. Description only read: Giant Robot RPG Run missions in a sci-fi world

Is there any way to enlarge the game window? I know you can fullscreen by pressing F1, but that also stretches the game out of proportion on a 16:9 monitor. Do i really have to play the game either horribly deformed or in a window about the size of a Gameboy-screen?...
