Citizens, although we do our best to properly test every build before uploading to steam, in this Early Access stage, there may be some issues that slip past us, and we do our best to resolve them as soon as we can.

In order to resolve these issues, we will require your help with gathering information that is needed to reproduce them. Please report issues via email to support@suncrash.com, and please provide the following information:

• Hardware, OS and screen resolution.
  
• A short description of the issue and what lead to it.
  
• Please attach your log files (see instructions below)
  
• When relevant, please attach a saved game file. (Instructions below)

Log and save files:
1. Open your file explorer
2. Enter the following address in the address bar: "%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Suncrash\Dream Engines"
3. Locate 'Player.log' and 'Player-prev.log' - these are the log files we need.
4. When relevant also grab the relevant save file here.

We are usually very responsive and do our best to solve any issues in a timely manner.
