While there are a lot of good mechanics in Roguebook, most are iterations from other games like slay the spire. However, the map exploration mechanic is something that's pretty unique.

I did find another card game called Erannorth Chronicles which actually does have an interesting map mechanic too. It's only relevant in the 'Campaign' mode where you have a limited amount of time to beat the end game area. Moving around the map takes time so you have to plan your routes carefully.
