Hi, I'm from the 16th brigade [5 Para & 37 RM JTF] of the British armed forces, I think our unit may be a good fit for you, we are a UK based semi-realism milsim unit focused on providing a semi-realism environment where we strive to build a highly cohesive unit with challenging operations.

As a semi-realism unit we take the more serious stand on its play style during OP's, however we make sure it's enjoyable and that we can share a laugh while having fun, and we are not a unit that forces you to call us by our rank, or force you to salute us, all we ask is that when your in the AO, your switched on, focused, and listening to your team leaders.

We run campaign based operations lasting a minimum of 1 month at a time and can run up to a maximum of 3 hours long.

Hey man, Charlie Mike Actual is my unit. We take leadership pretty seriously, although it's not popular amongst most of our members. We offer training on leadership and help aspiring leaders in becoming efficient and skilled. I never considered myself to be a good leader, but ever since I joined this unit, I enjoy it thoroughly and strive to become better at every opportunity I get.

We host operations every week on Wednesdays at 2000 EST and semi regularly on Sundays at 2000 EST. There's still much more to talk about regarding my unit, so if that fits your availability, I think you'd really enjoy here. Add me on steam or shoot me a message on discord, I got open DMs.

Hey man, im with the 10th Ranger Regiment. We are a semi-realism unit that focuses primarily on small unit tactics. The majority of our members are currently serving or are vets. We have availability in the rifle squads serving as infantry, medical detachment, weapons squad, and aviation. We currently run ACM and TFAR and have a super quick "basic training" that just goes over keybinds and basic SOP's.

I am a part of a semi-serious smallish unit with about 10-15 on average. We take the mission seriously with squads command and stuff but more of a relaxed one where there’s no "yes sir" sorta crap . We change campaign from time to time same with who we play as.

So we’ve finished a USA v Taliban and now running a UKSF v RUSSIA then after running our own version of Osama bin laden campaign then a Vietnam campaign.
