It's a great question. I dealt with a false ban, still not knowing what it was about. It was only 24 hours, but a mystery on a dormant account.

So i would want to see where this goes.

Well it's the Steam server I use rather than the Slitherine one. I assume they'd tell me to contact Steam. If I could I would but all roads down the automated help fail to send me to "request support" as advertised.

Sure I've contacted them in the past about something but buggered if I can remember how.

As for OP: Contact the Dev, this is not a Steam issue. It's the Dev's servers denying Steam account access, which seems to be a common issue for them.

In the middle of a multiplayer (Panzer Corps 2) and I can't get in to do my turn via Steam as it says "account inactive" and "user is banned" which, as far as I'm aware, I'm not.

Tried logging out and logging back in.

Any ideas? Temporary bug?

Well Slitherine just told me to log on via them. Which works.
