Fort - chest combination
Has anyone worked out the chest combination?
The torn note you find says:

Torn Page
[The sun sets on 2351920.
The ice is 935.
The arrow-shooter is 21523.]

picture on the chest is of a bat.

I'm presuming there is another note somewhere, maybe a later dungeon?
Can break in to it using force, but don't want to use the materials.

Okay, wow.
And this is why I look up puzzles instead of trying to figure them out.
What's an arrow-shooter? Could be an archer or a bow, and those aren't really the only possibilities.
What does the sun set on? Sunset? Evening? Horizon? The f*cking British Empire? Now that I know the code was an obtuse take on the incredibly simple ABC 123 cypher, I suppose I'll see if I can find out what the author thinks the sun sets on...
20 is t, 19 is s, 35 isn't possible, so 5 is e, 23 is w.
So, W E S T.
Oh, the sun sets ON west, does it? Today I learned.
Too much bullsh*t to waste my time on someone's half-*ssed effort to make a puzzle.
