When other people respond to you or say thanks to you they can put a sticker on the message! You collect them that way :)

i think the game gives random stickers to people. ive had some on new updates. but mostly you get from getting replies from your requests or as a thanks for a reply you did. people often send them. But its a gamble as to which you will get.
