I saw something in the tutorial about static fires helping with rocket failure chance but I can't seem to find the actual button anywhere.

I've gotten the chance down to around 30% after sending rocket after rocket, but not being able to successfully complete any contracts is really bleeding me dry.

Any advice?

Edit: Ah, never mind, I got to medium rockets and I guess small rockets don't have static tests. I kind of wish that was pointed out in the tutorial, though, as it felt wrong to just keep launching small rockets until they stopped blowing up.
