If you could add any two characters into the game, who would they be?

This is a for-fun thread dedicated to compiling everyone's favorites in one place. The two characters you pick don't necessarily need to pair up by theme, but talking about why you want your choices is encouraged.

For me, my picks are Alice Megatroid, because she's been in a lot of the games and Aunn Komano, because she's cute and I think she'd pair up well with Suika Ibuki.

Mystia Lorelei, because having a night blindness Last Word could be interesting. Satori Komeiji, because her Last Word could be any of the opponents' picked at random.

If I wasn't picking based on gameplay, and just picking my next favourites (since Marisa's already in), then they would be Hong Meiling and Aya Shameimaru.

A bit hard to narrow it down to 2 specifically but I'll go with Komachi and Shinmyoumaru... Touhou 9 has no playable / stage representation so hey, why not Komachi with Muenzuka as a stage (the River Sanzu could also be a part of this stage (speaking of Touhou 9, the Garden of the Sun could also make a pretty good stage too))? Makes a bit more sense to have her be the one going around racing on people's backs than Eiki...

As for Shinmyoumaru, she could tie into the plot by having Seija's new incident result in the Miracle Mallet going haywire and making Shinmyoumaru temporarily bigger (to a normal person size). Kishinjou could be included as a stage (could even re-use some assets to make a seperate stage of Eientei (same goes for SDM and Touhou 4's Mugenkan, if they decide to do PC-98 stages at all)). Plus her spell cards could be quite fun to play around with.

If I could only choose 2 then I'd most likely go for Momiji and Mokou. Really would love to see them.

This game needs Okuu. I need more Okuu in my life. I find this game's lack of Okuu disturbing. For my second pick I'm gonna have to go with Parsee, if only so we can make jokes about her duplicating herself.

I would really like Aya. She's all about being fast and she's oddly missing in a racing game. Hatate or Momiji would be a good partner if they have to come in pairs.
