How to jump?

Yeah, this is gonna sound embarrassing, but I dunno if it's a bug or some weird mechanic in the game I haven't discovered, but on the tutorial, I get to the first ridge and I can't get over it. I've tried hitting space, I've tried hitting it on the beat, I've tried rebinding the key, but I can't figure out how to jump or whatever I need to do to get over the wall.

In theory hitting the jump key (default bind is spacebar) should always make you jump in-game, so this can be a bug or is caused by an error in your own hardware/software. Did the issue still occur after reinstalling the game?

Hey GFJ! We are very sorry about this strange issue, if you have a xbox gamepad can you try it ? (the bind for the jump on the gamepad is A button).

I validated the files last night, and now it's working.

I got the same problem. but i cant fix it, i´ve tried the same things like GFJ. No results...

Hey Kizan! Sorry about that issue:(. Someone had the same problem, he uninstall and reinstall the game and it fixed the problem. Could you try it please?

I tried to reinstall it two times. But it didnt fixed the Problem. :/ Would love to try this game.

Okey i fixed it. I just deleted some Game Files so that the game will crash on its own. Then i validated the files So that they requested 10 game files. After that i could finally jump.
