im a user of the lovely Valve Index controllers and i recently have had an issue where i was in need of an RMA for both of them and i needed the ♥♥♥ for my right one but after so long it smeared away making it really hard to get done so it would be amazingly nice if the Serial number could be moved to the back side of the top metal bracket linking the sensor bar and the button stick hub i think if it was laser engraved into it we wouldn't need to worry about struggling to get them down in the RMA process when its more easy to read if it was moved and singled out as it should've been long ago yk would help improve service faster
