Controllers Won't Update When Plugged In
I haven't used VR in a while. I have the index. When SteamVR opens it says my controllers need updating. It instructs me to plug them into my PC (I have Win 10 pro). Then, it never finds them so I can't update them.

I've tried the Beta SteamVR and the non-beta. I've tried various USC cables.

I'm kind of a techee guy but I'm at a loss.

All help appreciated.

The latest version of steam VR is bugged when updating hardware. Just role back to previous version and update. After that just install latest steam VR version and it works.
