My textures aren't loading

I don't know why, but the textures seem to not be loading properly, it looks horrible, i tried reseting the game and changing graphics, but it doesn't seem to work.
Anybody know anything about it?

not good but not that bad, the only thing under the specs is a gtx 1050

I presume 1050 has 3-4GB Vram, it seems like 1.5-2 years ago they secretly changed requirement minimum from 4GB vram card to higher, even though states 4GB vram minimum requirement on store page.
Support told me 'fully load textures' is the only fix, but then I get 5-20 fps drops. So it's unplayable for me on GTX 970 4GB.
