Dialogue Options
This is probably a silly question, but how do I choose between dialogue options? I can't click on the one I want, I've tried Q/E, tab, up/down arrows, W/S, and nothing is working.

I think in the beginning it was also confusing, but you do eventually figure it out, I don't recall why, but in the beginning it was also a struggle somehow, just keep playing, and do not press alt+Tab at all.

That's absolutely not a stupid question. The answer is actually very simple, but you only find it out by chance: use the mouse wheel...
