Pretty interesting roguelite'ish game, but a bit too thin in content. You'll probably fail the first few attempts to reach the end. Every fail gives you a little bit more starting supplies, so after you get enough starting supplies - all the runs become doable for the most part, unless the rng will have its say and will shout "you shall not pass!!" ^^.

You choose 5 dogs out of 9, and go for an adventure to reach a cabin as an end goal. Each dog has some strengths and weaknesses and if you do all events correctly with them - they will permanently have their newly learned abilities for the future runs.

You'll probably complete your first run in about 2h of gameplay. 1 run takes about 20-30 minutes. You hunt animals for food, scavenge items and their upgrades each run (if you manage to find them). And then you just do runs for the achievements and hope for some new unseen events here and there.
But overall, the variety is not that big. Most runs will feel 90% the same after several attempts. Which is a bit sad, since the whole gameplay loops is quite fun. Reminded me of Darkest Dungeon in a sense.

Only the shooting mechanics are a bit meh, sometimes it's impossible to get a good shot and you lose a bullet for nothing. Maybe after cleaning your weapon you get better rng, but I stopped playing the game after doing it, so maybe it's not that awful after that.

Anyway. it's a cozy, small game that you can waste some hours with your cartoonish dogs.

only 50p on cdkeys definitely worth buying for any deck player who loves dogs :3

Have played for nearly 20 hours, still have not gotten the fishing pole, done 2 different playthroughs, cannot get all achivements.
