No opening theme in Chapter 10, just turned black

Adter the beginning of the story in Chapter 10, the screen turned black. It's not freeze, it seemed like to turn to the opening theme but nothing happened. I could only press ESC.

Is this a bug? Any help or solution?

Thank you for your kind help. I have found the reason and solution: The language I use is Traditional Chinese. After setting the language to English or Japanese, the opening theme will run normally. I could set the language to Traditional Chinese after the opening theme, and continue to enjoy the game.
