resolution?

it only lets me choose 1280 x 720 everytime I load the game up.
Userconfig.ini is editable and saveable, but the game launcher only lists 1280 x 720.
I think the game is running at least at 1920 x 1080 otherwise I would have black borders, which I don't, am I right?

I have the same problem.
My solution is to edit the Userconfig.ini file ,and then use <path-to-game>\Kowloon_Game.exe %command% launch option to start the game without the launcher.
Btw, the game's default resolution is 1280x720, 1600x900, and 1920x1080. but you can set any resolution in UserConfigFile.ini according to pcgamingwiki.

I have 4K monitor, I don't mine got pixelated, can you run in 4K using user config?
because running in 1080 probably looks blurry rather than pixelated
