Empire total war won't launch(solved)
i have already like 200 hours playing and i tried re-instaling the game to play, but it simply won't work, i have already check the local archives and got no idea what is the problem

Could be an issue with the script folder or with your drivers.

Try to check integrity of files.. It worked for me.

Delete the Empire folder in your appdata/roaming/the creative assembly/ directory.

I have windows 8.1, I can't go into the appdata folder

In the windows search task bar thing do %appdata%

I know this is late but if anyone stumbles on this and sees this it can avoid a needles search

But there is no roaming folder in users/appdata. I searched on my entire pc...

if i delete that folder it automatically spawns again and the game still won't lanch for me

sorin if you type %appdata% you automatically get to roaming so you can just click on that and search for the ''the creative assambly'' folder

I have the same problem, but I can not find the folder you specify.

after using mod, this problem was experienced and I still could not fix it.I made sure of integrity and erased it many times.Now I tried to do it the way you did, but I couldn't find the folder.

I found the problem. The folder was hidden. So check your folder options, then go to users, and so on..
