I would imagine autosave?

This is the first question I always ask too. The save systems can sometimes kill a game for me.
I'll bet it's checkpoint system. If so how far between checkpoints?

i hate checkpoint saves the number of great games ive missed out on because of them,fine if your young but us oldies with rsi and arthritus can only p-lay for limited times and i refuse to keep having to start all over again

I saw a little gameplay on YouTube and in the early beginning
a little "running man " flashed in the right corner after a while !
A suspose this is a "save" of some kind !

It's an auto-save system, with checkpoints in each level. If you ever want to visit an earlier checkpoint though, you can select it from the menu.

well where is it located?

While playing Stela, press the pause button. From there, select the "Load" option. In the following screen you will be able to select previous checkpoints to go back to.
