Why is one of the tags "Sexual Content"?

As title asks. I only just saw this tag; I know it was not there earlier.

Is there anything I should know before buying this? If there's anything like that, however cartoony, I'd rather know now than later.

This must be simply a glitch or someone's malicious behaviour. This tag does NOT apply to "Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2". It's a classic platformer game, no swear words etc.

On the game store page, press the "+" sign under "Popular user-defined tags for this product". I see it is already gone, but I saw "Sexual content" tag a few hours ago.
