Why can't these games ever find the GPU?
I very nearly refunded this product because it ran at 3 FPS and even the opening videos were horribly broken, such that I couldn't even start the game. The text file suggests "troubleshooting" this by... running in a tiny window at a terrible resolution, which gets me to maybe 10-15 FPS with bad stuttering. All the guides or existing forum posts mention settings that no longer exist since NVidia changed their app some time ago. I finally figured out on my own that, nowadays, that's managed in Windows itself, so it seems like you have to go to System > Display > Graphics in Windows control panel, add C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Atelier Lulua\Atelier_Lulua.exe as a program and make sure it uses your damn GPU to even run the game at non-slideshow FPS levels.

So I'm complaining here so that it shows up in search when the next person tries to play this thing, because it's damned annoying that it ignores my RTX 4090 and tries to run horribly painfully on the integrated Intel UHD graphics.

But I really shouldn't have to because they should make their ports use a GPU if you have one, because they all do this crap and I'm about to give them a bad review just for making me spend my first few hours making the game work instead of having fun.

put your grapich card in max performance and swap the energy control of your note book to best performance too, you will never gonna have issue again, is not the game dont take the gpu , for som odd reason windows tryng to save some energy put the gpu to sleep , so, when you put your aplication in the nvidia panel , the driver see the app and start before launch , is weird, but yeah basic notebook setup require to know this .
