Report a translation problem
In the past you could turn it off in the device settings, but Microsoft, in its infinite quest to make things difficult as possible for users, has tied that setting to that Xbox Accessories app, and you MUST have a Microsoft account to run this application (Really Microsoft? You cant even control your hardware without Microsoft account? DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!)
That said - It should be possible in the game settings, but sadly the developers seem to give as little configuration possibilities as they can. Maybe there is something to do with the config files, but I have no idea what setting that should be. Maybe there are Registry settings in Windows that can manage rumble/vibration, but so far I have not found any.
That's, sadly, all advise I can give...
