How to find where the data is saved

I have to change a new computer, So I want to copy the previously building data to the new computer. but I can't find it, which file is it?please help me.Thank you

YMMV but mine is at:

C:\Users\<YOU>\AppData\LocalLow\PixelForestGames

Hey, i can't find the ordner where my projekts are saved and i really would like to know, cause i already had the problem, that i needed to reset my pc and all projekts were gone cause it's not saved over the stream accaount or at the library which i have on an extern. So if i try to follow the way written here, i only get to <YOU>. I don't have an APPData ordner there. At this point it ist listing ordners like downloads, favorites, dokument, etc.
Is there another way to find the saved projekts? Cause i dont want to lose them again, when i need a new pc or there are problems again.
