Why can't I showcase my achievements?
i unlocked some achievements on this game but i cannot showcase it on my profile,
the game did now show up on the list.
what a shame because some of them look cute and are showcase worthy :(

Because the game doesn't have enough 'engagement'. It's a Valve/Steam side thing and not up to the game developer.

oh so that's the reason?
i thought it doesn't show up on the list because this game is free so it doesn't count

It's the same reason many indie games can't add trading cards. A game need to reach a certain undisclosed and constantly shifting threshold of, primarily, reviews. Before that the game is considered suspicious. Many indie games never reach this bar, or if they do it's often years after launch.
