Bug: Unable to join pipe Entrance and Pipe Exit

Trying to link pipe entrance and pipe exit together (tried following the tutorial), when clicking 'Create Pipe Link`, the circle turns blue but nothing happens. When re-selecting the circle is no longer blue. When testing, nothing happens when going through the entrance

Hey,

Thanks for the bug report, creating pipes is indeed not working. Fortunately it is a simple fix. I'll release a patch including a fix for this as soon as I am able.
