This is unfortunately a problem with the game engine's physics that I've been aware of for a long time, so there's not much I can do about fixing the actual issue of getting stuck.

However, I will be adding the ability to go back to the previous shot if you do get stuck. This will cost you 1 penalty stroke, though, to help prevent it from being abused.
