what's with this error? i keep getting it.

If I were you that's what I would try:

On the steam library, right click on RPG Developer Bakin
Click on Properties
Then on Installed Files
Then click on Verify integrity of software files

If a file has a problem it will be automatically replaced by Steam, I think it is worth a try!
