empty space behind garage
Hello....

So what about the empty space behind garages that we can't do any thing and stays empty

Is it so obvious only I don't see it....

Which is usually my case

If you mean the one tile on the backside of the garage, I think it's just so you you can't build a wall all the way up to it and block access.
