At the start of the police chief encounters i was just paying them the money as it was little, but as they asked for more and more i decided to start fighting them, didn't end well and after trying a couple more times i am now seeing if there is a way to disable the police raids, whether through save editing or "mods" as this is getting quite unbearable, as i would like to continue using this save until i am satisfied and afterwards i would try some challenges once i have knowledge of how early, mid and late games work.

As a work around i would also accept ways to make the employees immortal.
