If you’re experiencing the same issue as me—where the game freezes at the start, showing a black screen—here’s a solution that worked for me. I tried all the recommendations and fixes I could find (I won’t list them all; there were a lot), but the only one that solved it permanently was this:

Set the game to windowed mode in the launcher, start the game, and then set it to borderless window mode in the game settings. Since doing this, I’ve had no crashes or black screens. It runs in fullscreen and I’m also able to stream it.
