Calling dibs on release dates. (new guess rule) SEP 4TH
14th feb, 2023 is mine.

no duplicate guesses.
only 1st guess per person will count.
if your message is edited, it will not count, even if you "win".

First person to have the correct guess when the release date is announced, will win:
10k steam points worth of "steam awards" on profile or comment of your choosing.
any game worth £1.72 or below
a 100% orange juice trading card.
And a copy of silksonk gifted on steam

My guess is May 4th 2023.

With almost 0 news so far I don't think the game will be coming out in several more months and May seems like a good month to release a game.

When we consider the last trailer from ms it should be still this year. But somehow I kinda doubt that considering there is still zero marketing.

Btw OP, not sure how the comment edit feature in Steam discussion threads works exactly. Maybe you should make screenshots just so no one can edit their comment afterwards. Idk

EDIT2: Oh, you do. Yeah, I love reading through Steam discussion threads but I apparently use it on such a superficial level that I don't even noticed things like that^^

We know that Silksong is supposed to be release in 2023, because the people at Xbox said that all the games that they show up in their last conference will be released in 2023. If Team Cherry decides to put Silksong in the Xbox conference, then I'm pretty sure they are confident for the 2023 release date, but who knows, it's Silksong ahah. I guess March 10th. 😁

First off, that's not even what Xbox said: they just confirmed that all games in that presentation will be released within the next 12 months, so either in 2022 or 2023.
Secondly, both Xbox and an admin of the Hollow Knight Discord server (which is ALSO a playtester for the game) confirmed about the "within 12 months" Silksong release.
But anyway yeah, i can't see a 2022 release happening at this point.
