Is the steam version censored? Please help me make sure because I want to play the game without any censorship.

I bought this game for the Switch for obvious reasons, same as all of you, I'm sure. I hate it. The "platforming" is awful, jumps are a nightmare, the level design literally fights against you even when you are able to jump properly. Camera angles are a nightmare, sometimes going into fixed position without any ability to change them. why isnt it dubbed

Came back to this game after over a year to try and complete it, but my controller is no longer working. Anyone else have this problem? I'm guessing it's an issue with Steam since the controller was working fine before.
