Unfortunately the cinematics don't seem to be available.
I wish they were there as an option, in the original release every campaign had an opening and closing cinematic.

There is most likely a way to incorporate the intro somehow - I'll see if its possible.

Okay, something interesting - if you run the game directly from the AoEDE_s. fileexe in the game folder, the cinematics play. However, if you launch it via Steam, it doesn't, which is very weird to say the least. Not really sure what broke it. Going to check and see if one adds the old cinematic in mp4 mode if it will also play as part of the intro movies :)
