What a completely frustrating and disappointing game.

1 - Didn't let all the bad reviews be obvious warning side, but wanted to try BB 2020 rules anyway.
2 - The AI is atrocious, so play against people. No problem.
3 - Play against people. Get disconnected randomly (internet on my end is fine, no VPN etc.). Lose match as a concede after furiously trying to get back in.
4 - Now temporarily banned from competition through no fault of my own.

5 - Can't return game :(((((

Blood Bowl 2 is better.
Better gameplay, better customization, far less monetization.
Seriously, just play Blood Bowl 2.

I miss Blood Bowl 2 UI. At least it's slightly less buggy. Also the dice don't seem random as it seems like you are either being diced or you are dicing someone.

It's Blood Bowl. Rules are up to date. Can be a hair spotty at times with respect to bugs but they are actively working to repair those. Not hyper thrilled about the current and to date release schedule of new teams but overall it's been a blast to play, just hope the cadence of team release speeds up a little. The latest "season" with two teams in it was great... Hoping they do more of that.

Constantly lagging out and not performing your indicated actions - worse yet the timer keeps ticking while it's lagged out doing nothing, and ending your turn even though it didn't allow you to do anything on your turn. Oh! But it gets better - when it's the AI's turn, it does nothing the whole minute and a half that you gotta wait and then it continues playing WELL PAST the end of the 90 seconds.
I wonder if it's too late for a refund

It is pretty fun, set in the world of warhammer you get to play as a growing roaster of races from the World That Was. Def recommend looking up some guides on YouTube about how to play certain races, but as long as you don't take it too seriously, it can be great fun.
