Cant Install Anymore
I tried installing it today and it needs to download a Microsoft file from Microsoft website and it wont do it so it wont install. Shame

It still worked for me after it failed to install that file. Can just ignore it

Should be fine, but here is the MS version of the dotnet 1.1 https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/1.1

Ya it failed because MS did the shuffle on the data storage of their downloads.
