Can Tho seems to drop the framerate down to 1 when entering it too

Do you have an AMD or a Nvidia Graphics card? Try putting this in your launch options

Hoi An Temple still freezes but this seems to fix Can Tho, thanks for the help

Doesn't seem to fix Can Tho, but it does improve the framerate very slightly, 1 fps up to 4, seems to drop once the warmup timer is done maybe?
