Played the demo 3 times and no achievement. Is it broken ???

Hello, I was excited to get this game since I knew it was from the creator of a childhood classic of mine ray. I bought the game (I own a mac) but the game refuses to load. I uninstalled once already and redownloaded, yet it refuses to load. I click on the icon it keeps bouncing but the game itself never comes up, please assist....

Just beat the game for the first time, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun and awesome. Want to get higher than C next time. Is the score based off the amount of chaos caused, like in the old Ray games? Very fun game and worth the buy.
