I really appreciate the customizable difficulty. I absolutely suck at these games generally but I love the artwork and in this case especially, the music. It's refreshing to be able to change the difficulty to this degree and actually at through it. So thank you for not having the usual git gud attitude....

What are the conditions to unlock level 11, level Heaven, level Above Human and level 666? Edit: Apparently I could already start level 11, doh! Level Heaven and level Above Human came afterwards so I assume I need to clear level Above Human to get to level 666....
