Game lagging and NO SUPPORT FOR 144HZ?

Am I the only one whose game is lagging in between? for example, once I go from one place to another, it starts to glitch, I run it on a high end pc and this is the first game that I have seen such problems with. Also, what about the 144hz refresh rate, is it not available yet or what?

Doesn't support that high of a refresh rate, not that you need 144hz on a game like this.
