How can I tell which day it is? And when does time pass?
Is there any way to tell which day it is?
Yes, I get a message once a new day starts, but is there any other way to see this?

Does time pass after doing challenges? It seems to me as if not, but I'm not quite sure though.

you dont need know what day is. Its not necesary, just talk to the girls, buy items, and play the "dates". The days mean nothing

Thanks. I also just realized the days seem to only pass when I change the girl. If I keep playing challenges and give them presents, I can date them again and again and the day is still the same.
