Disconnected Woods

Hey, really liking the game so far. Love how it's movement feels and the "facial" expressions on the character are great!

I am having a hard time trying to figure out what I am supposed to do in the Disconnected Woods the first time through. I don't want to go to an online guide that just gives me the directions I need to follow. Is there a hint I am missing somewhere? Thanks!

You're supposed to find the save point and map chip.
Not that this forum cares to tell you that.

And just to clarify, I for one just found them randomly going through the rooms again and again. Couple of times I ended game and made sure I wasn't missing anything vital before the woods. But all the blue guys are like go there, go there. So just a bit of perseverance
