The GameUserSettings.ini info will work in Your single player and/or Your Servers GameUserSettings.ini file
To add these to your GameUserSettings.ini (To find this go to Steam Library >> Right Click Ark >> Properties >> Browse Local Files >> Shootergame >> Saved >> Config >> GameUserSettings.ini):

All Settings are set to Default, But you can change them to what you want.

Note: BA Smoker Item Slots can only be increased to 200 Max Slot Count. Min is 10 and the Max is 200
Mote: Crafting Speed can be set to what you wish. The default is 7.0 But you may lower or raise the number Min is 1 to Max is set to 50.0. (example: CraftingSeed=7.0 or 10.0).
