Maybe make a different virus that overrides all other programmable blocks to its own code and activates them repeatedly, and spreads the virus via connectors and merge blocks. Just a suggestion.

That is a good one. You shall to speack to the game's developers to give us a way to alter and change codes inside a programmable block using another one.
