It seems that a common problem for folks is jsut plain getting Shadowmancer to start. Here is a fix that I tried on a friend's computer who has just the vanilla version of Shadowrun Returns.

1) Make sure that you're Subscribed to More Stairs and Doors by Ferragus HERE

2) Import your Berlin Assets and Animations from Dragonfall: Director's cut by following these steps:

1. Navigate to: "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Dragonfall Director's Cut\Dragonfall_Data\StreamingAssets\standalone"
   
   
2. Copy the "Berlin" folder then paste it into the same folder that is in in Shadowrun Return's Steamapps folder:
   
   
3. Navigate to "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Dragonfall Director's Cut\Dragonfall_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks"
   
   
4. Copy the "berlin" folder that is in there and paste it into the same folder that is in Shadowrun Return's steamapps folder: "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Returns\Shadowrun_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks"
   
   
5. Optional: do teh same thing in step 4 above for the "DragonfallExtended" folder.

That should do it! All you're basically doing is copying over the berlin animaitons and assets, respectively.
