Good on you for making this video man. I was actually planning on doing something similiar but with more editing for a steamlined tutorial but I was sick due to the insane weather in northeast US :P. Good tutorial man.

Thanks. I was shaking my head. You have a FAQ discussion of where everything is and people are still asking basic questions and I felt bad for you so I just decided to create the whole video. Might as well put it in your slideshow for everyone to see :P Its a fantastic mod, don't quit.

i saw in the video that they ware not talking. Put youre subs on and you will see the dialogue.

Excellant mod, Thankyou for your work....i only seem to be able to buy blueprints upto a large farmhouse, if i ask again for different blueprints i get never mind.

Make sure you update the mod. Restart Skyrim and re-synch it fully for the newest update

Also if they still aren't talking it is a small bug with custom npcs. Save infront of them and reload. Thats how I got Mavik talking

Yep, have restarted and resynched a few times, Mavik talks to me ok and i built the farmhouses, the mill and the inn fine, i have bought plenty of supplies but i cant get anymore blueprints of him
