Not-So-FAQ
- What does this mod add?

This mod adds Bosmer, Altmer, Dunmer, Khajiit, Argonians, and Orsimer to the pool of available Legionnaires for the game to choose from. Female Legionnaires of each race have also been added.

- Why do they all talk the same as regular soldiers? And why do the females all sound like Legate Rikke?

This is due to Bethesda's inclusion of only human races to begin with. The dialogue required is only available in a set number of in-game voices. Unfortunately, this means that you will have Khajiit, Argonian, and Orsimer Legionnaires speaking the same as Imperials and other soldiers. Considering the state of most of their homelands, you can safely assume that most of these recruits come from the cosmoplitan province of Cyrodiil. You can then assume that they have, perhaps, picked up on the Imperial way of speaking rather than their race's stereotype. Yeah, a lame way of justifying it, but it's better than nothing.

And because the only female voice with the proper Legionnaire lines is the same one that Legate Rikke uses. Sorry, but that's the best I can do with what Bethesda's given me.

- Why do the Legionnaires have different colored arms and faces?

This does not always happen and it is a bug that occurs randomly. I am not certain what causes it or why, but it seems to be something that is out of my hands. There may be a mod somewhere that fixes it, but I have not searched for one yet. I've noticed that when you use coc from the main menu it will give you the default male Nord character and he has the same issue. This means that the bug is in the base game with random NPC's/default characters.

- Why are all my Legionnaires still humans?

This could be one of two things that I know of:
1. You have already been through the Civil War or have already been to that location. This means that the game has already loaded those Legionnaires. In order for the game to pick from the new races, the Legionnaires must NOT have been loaded before the installation of the mod.
2. Luck of the draw. It seems that the game is still putting a preference on the human races. While this is, perhaps, a bit more lore-friendly, I will still try and tweak it so that the newer races show up more often.

- Does this mod require anything else?

This mod does NOT require any of the three DLC's and it does NOT require any other mods or SkyUI. It may require SKSE, but I do not believe it does as it does not use any kind of new scripts or memory-draining features.

- Is this mod compatible/incompatible with mod XYZ?

This mod should be compatible with anything that does not affect the pool of spawnable Legionnaires. If it does, then it simply depends on what it alters. If it simply alters the inventory template of Legionnaires, then it should be compatible.

- SO-AND-SO ALREDY MAED DIS!!! Y U COPIE?!?!?!!?

I am aware that there is at least one other version of this mod on the Workshop. I did not search for any before creating this and only found out after it had been up for a little while. The main reason I made this mod was a way to practice my CK skills and try to gain a bit more experience with the program. I figured I might as well share my creation. I have the utmost respect for anyone else who's attempted this mod and I do not wish to "copy" them or trample on their creation. They did a better job at it than me? Okay. Use their mod. Just don't hate on mine because of it.

- Could you make a Stormcloak version of this?

Could I? I suppose so. Will I? No. Sorry, but I have several reasons.
1. I'm a Legionnaire to the core and therefore am not all that interested in the Stormcloaks. I was a Stormcloak once in my naive days, but not anymore. If I'm not interested in something, it turns out crappier than it normally would be. So if you want it done right, then either do it yourself or find someone who's more geared towards the Stormcloaks. It's honestly a pretty easy mod to create anyway.
2. It's not very lore-friendly. Yeah, sure, they'll accept you regardless of the race, but did you ever think that maybe it's because you're the Dovahkiin and can Shout them halfway across Skyrim if you want? I mean, their freaking battlecry is "Skyrim for the Nords!"
3. If you thought it's weird to have Imperial-voiced Khajiits and Argonians, try giving them Nord voices. Yeah, pretty weird.
4. What does it even matter? You hardly see their faces anyway with those weird helmets. The most you'll see from them is maybe a gray or scaly arm and a furry tail or two.

- STORMCLOKES ROOL!!!

For staters, that's not a question. We all have our opinions and we have all chosen our prefered side. Just know that this mod can work to make the game more lore-friendly for both sides. As a Stormcloak, you may now brutally slaughter a more diverse Legion with your barbaric ways. Or does that make it more difficult for you to kill your favorite races without a good reason?

- I can't find this mod in my data files. What's it called?

In your data files, it should be called "ImperialRaceExpansion.esp". That's what I originally saved it as in the CK and I decided to change the name of it on the Workshop to something that just sounded better.

- Does this mod add heavy armor to the regular Legionnaires?

No it does not. I have left the inventories, scripts, and the like of the Legionnaires completely untouched. The only thing that should change is their race and/or gender.
