Report a translation problem
The way of modifying this tree could be done in "a shop menu" (Before joining the game, or even in the Main Menu) where you could buy perks for free, but only your 12 points are the limit.

In Call Of Duty Ghost i remember how there was a point perk system, where you could have certain amounts of points to spent in perk tree. This idea is like the same.
