A modern mid-rise office building with 65 workplaces with the RICO mod.

This asset is based on an office building in Memphis, TN. The park in front of the building is a sub-building. I went back an forth on whether to include it or not. Because of the shape of the building, not including the park would have left the majority of the footprint of the asset empty. The park itself is left basic to be open for customization.
